Patrick and I made the decision to get married after being together for three years. We are filled with excitement and anticipation as we embark on this journey towards our future. We are delighted to share that we tied the knot on Friday, April 28th in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We had a small, private ceremony at the courthouse with only our immediate family. We humbly ask for your blessings and well wishes as we take this step towards our new life together. Your love and support will be cherished beyond words as we begin this next chapter in our lives.

On September 2019 at Monroe Advanced Technical Academy (MATA), we crossed paths through mutual friends. We soon began talking to each other every night and going out for lunches. One night, as I was at my grandparent's house and he was at home, he asked me the question that would change everything, "Are we doing this?" I couldn't help but laugh at his straightforwardness and happily replied, "Of course we are!" And just like that, on December 25th, 2019, Patrick and I officially started dating. I feel grateful every single day for having met such a wonderful and compassionate individual. It's amazing to think that our paths crossed by chance, but I truly believe that it was meant to be.

Patrick and I will be living together in Norfolk, VA. We plan on getting our first apartment and moving in this summer. During the fall, I will be continuing my education at Old Dominion University pursuing biology, with a chemistry minor, and pre-med track. Patrick will still be working hard in the Navy and will begin deployments later this year.
