WHAT IS THE EXACT ADDRESS OF THE WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Beaufort Hotel. The address for the hotel is 2440 Lennoxville Rd, Beaufort, NC 28516.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional- long dresses for women and suits/tuxes for men!
Question
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
We invite all guests to join us for a welcome party on Friday night. Please refer to the schedule tab for further details.
Question
What should I do if I have already reserved a room and did not use the discounted room rate?
Answer
If you have previously booked through the Beaufort Hotel website- please call and request that your room be switched to the Apperson-Gettinger room block. If you have booked through a third party vendor they are unable to honor the discounted rate.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can cars be left overnight?
Answer
Yes! Valet parking is offered by the Beaufort Hotel. There is also a lot for overnight guests near the hotel.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are there other options for accommodations than the Beaufort Hotel?
Answer
There are many VRBO and Airbnb options located in Beaufort, NC near the wedding venue. Please refer to the travel tab for further accommodations.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
