We strongly recommend booking through our wedding room block or directly with the Resort. The rates available through our group booking are typically among the best available, as they include all taxes, fees, gratuities, and the resort's all-inclusive amenities. Guests who book through our wedding group will also have access to all wedding events throughout the weekend. Guests staying outside of the wedding group reservation will be required by the resort to purchase separate event passes to attend wedding festivities. To ensure the best experience and full access to the celebration, we encourage everyone to book through our wedding room block or directly with the resort.

No, guests are welcome to stay elsewhere. However, please note that the resort only allows 15% of wedding guests to stay off property. Guests staying at another resort will also be required to purchase a resort day pass and pay additional fees for each wedding event they attend. We highly encourage staying at AVA Resort to fully enjoy the wedding weekend experience and avoid extra costs.

The venue requires all off-site guests to purchase a day pass to attend wedding events. Please also note that only 15% of guests are permitted to stay off property, so availability for off-site attendance is limited. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to stay elsewhere.

The group rate includes all-inclusive accommodations, food and beverages (including alcohol), taxes, fees, gratuities, and $200 per night in resort credit per room.

The discounted group rate is based on an oceanfront king room. Additional room categories may also be available at varying price points depending on room type and occupancy.

Yes. The room block requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Limited 2-night stays may be available, though they will not qualify for the discounted group rate.
