Where should I stay?

Answer

To attend our wedding events, all guests are required to stay on-site at Haven Riviera. We have secured a room block with a special rate—please visit our Travel page and click view to access our room block to reserve your stay by December 1st.

Why do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Our resort is an all-inclusive, adults-only property that requires all wedding attendees to be registered guests of the hotel to access the wedding venues and events.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Haven Riviera is approximately 23 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend pre-booking shuttle transportation. you can do this on your own or arrange with our travel coordinator, Fatima Vivar, at 877-737-0177 (option 2) or email her guests@paradiseweddings.com from the hours of 9AM to 5PM EST.

We would love to see our guests in vibrant spring colors! Think bold pinks, yellows, greens, and blues.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding is being held at an adults-only resort. Therefore, all wedding events will be 18+. We hope you can use this as an excuse for a relaxing parents' getaway!

What is the weather like in Cancun?

Answer

April is one of the best times to visit! Expect beautiful sunny skies with average highs of 29°C (84°F) and low humidity. It can get breezy by the ocean in the evening, so a light linen blazer or wrap might be handy.

Yes! Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
