We have a block of rooms reserved from 6/25/23-6/27/23 at the following rates/per night. This is where our wedding events will be taking place so we suggest staying here for the most convenient experience! There are 2 options in our wedding block: the hotel section, and the Borgo/Artimino village section. The rooms at the hotel are next to the Villa and the rooms at the Borgo village are a 5 minute walk down the road. Rates are inclusive of parking, breakfast, and VAT. We have a secondary block of rooms at Country Hotel Borgo San Ippolito for guests from 6/25/23-6/27/23 (a 14 minute drive away from our wedding events at Hotel Tenuta di Artimino). Discounted room rate will be available until May 5th, 2023. Please email info@borgosantippolito.it to reserve your room and reference "Aparna & Kiran Wedding" in the subject line. Flight

Rome, Fiumicino (FCO) Leonardo da Vinci International Airport

For our guests outside of Europe, we recommend flying into Rome for the beginning of your journey. Enjoy spending a few days visiting all the historical sites and eating some cacio e pepe! From Rome, you will be able to either take a short flight or a train directly to Florence, which is the nearest major city to our wedding venue.

Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)

The other international airport we recommend flying into is Milan, which offers many non stop routes originating from the US/EU/UK. You can spend a few days taking advantage of the amazing shopping Milan has to offer or explore Lake Como and then make your journey down to our wedding in Tuscany! From Milan, you will be able to either take a short flight or a train directly to Florence, which is the nearest major city to our wedding venue.

This is the closest airport to the hotel/venue, and is just 30 minutes away by car.

Roma Termini to Firenze S.M. Novella

The fastest way to travel from Rome to Florence is by taking the Le Frecce high-speed train. This modern and luxurious train will get you to your destination in only 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Milano Centrale to Firenze S.M. Novella

Another option with Le Frecce high-speed train system is Milan to Firenze/Florence. This route takes you through the countryside of Italy and to your destination within 1 hour 55 minutes.
