We know many guests will be traveling to Brant Lake, so our hope is that our wedding weekend will be a mini-vacation once you arrive. We have a weekend of events planned and Jimbo's has many activities on site (basketball, tennis, kickball, soft ball). There is also great hiking in the area. Join us for as many (or as few) of the events below as you'd like!

Hike with Owen

8:30 am - 11:30 am

Join Owen for a nearby hike the morning of the wedding (while Amy drinks mimosas and gets her hair done). We'll leave Jimbo's at 8:30am and drive to the Pinnacle Trail Parking Area, about 25 minutes away. We'll start the hike at 9am and aim to get back to Jimbo's by 11:30am. We'll hike the Red Trail to the Pinnacle for panoramic views of Lake George. The hike is roughly 3 miles round trip with 500 feet of elevation gain (AllTrails rates the hike as moderately challenging). The hike should take ~2 hours, with time to take in the view and enjoy cider and donuts at the summit. The trail is rocky and weather in the Adirondacks can be unpredictable, so please wear sneakers or hiking boots and warm layers.

Ceremony and Reception

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, cocktail hour at 4:30pm, and reception at 5:30pm. We're hoping for an outdoor ceremony, so please bring a sweater or jacket. Other than that there is no specific dress code - wear whatever you feel great in!

After Party
