What is now a family cottage overlooking the Nanticoke River, historically "The Fish House" was used as a gathering spot for commercial fishermen in Sharptown, MD. Not only were fishing nets made and mended here, but locals could go to this spot to purchase fish from Kevin's great-great-grandfather. This is how the cottage, being in the Owens' family for multiple generations, was given the nickname "The Fish House." The building was completely redone from the foundation up in the lats 1990s and early 2000s by Great Uncle George into the cottage it is today!
