Ceremony will begin at 3pm followed by reception and dinner. Please choose one starter and one main and insert choices into the comment box in the RSVP section. Please state the choice along with the corresponding guest name. If selecting rib eye for the main please note if you would like the cook rare, medium rare or well done. Starters 1 - Cheese and spinach puffed pastry parcel with caramelised apples 2 - Grilled asparagus wrapped in serrano ham, served with hollandaise 3 - Grilled tiger prawns with a coriander chilli lime drizzle Mains 1 - Poached chicken breast in sauce forestiere or creamy lemon sauce 2 - Baked camembert and onion confit 3 - Grilled rib eye steak in a red wine sauce (please state if you would like rare, medium rare or well done)
