Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by Friday, August 1st 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check to see if your invite has a +1! You can also see this when you RSVP. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation due to venue capacity.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We appreciate you taking the time to make arrangements for your kids. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00 pm, as our reaffirmation ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Question

I’m an out of town guest and looking for guidance.

Answer

Please head to the “Travel” tab on our website (in progress) for more information, and reach out directly with any additional questions. We are working on reserving a hotel block for out of town guests.

Question

Where should I park and enter?

Answer

Please park in the main parking lot. Your GPS will take you here. You can take the walking path on the left side of the building and follow it around to meet us down in the millennium garden. In case of inclement weather, enter the venue through the front door and walk straight back to the ballroom.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you please wear dressy casual / garden party attire. The more colorful, the better!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors, and our reception will be indoors.

Question

Will there be entertainment?

Answer

There will be a DJ with music and dancing, along with various outdoor games!

Question

Is there transportation between the reception and hotels?

Answer

We kindly ask that you provide your own means of transportation to and from the venue. Plan a sober ride!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style mediterranean cuisine, catered by Holy Land. The buffet includes chicken, beef and various vegetarian options such as falafel, rice and salad.

Answer

Juice, soda and water will be provided at no cost throughout the festivities. Additionally, each 21+ guest will receive 2 drink tickets towards wine, beer, cocktails and spirits. Anything beyond that will be a cash bar.

Question
