Our dress code is black-tie. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or midi-or-knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place indoors. Thin heels are welcomed.
For guest driving to the venue, there is free on-site parking.
We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Please book your stay by 9/6/2025. Use the code "SCW" or mention the Sanchez-Contreras wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for the wedding ceremony. Rides will begin at 3:30 pm. The last ride at the end of the night from the hotel to the venue will be at midnight.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway- they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
We'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us well. Your invitation lists the names of every guest invited, and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 on our wedding day.
We plan on having entree choices to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have specific restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
