What is the wedding attire? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wedding attire is semi formal NO BLACK ATTIRE. Please do not wear solid black dresses or suits due to the bride and grooms attire. Blue and grey dress pants for men acceptable. Thank you! Xoxo

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your babies, we will be having a child free ceremony and reception so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you all making arrangements ahead of time to come celebrate with us! Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could allow everyone to bring a date. But, we have a strict guest list to stay within our budget. Our wedding will be Invite/RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks! Xoxo

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There is an open bar for beer and wine! There will be a cash bar for liquor and mixed drinks!

What is the weather like during September?

Answer

Normally ranges from 60 to 75 degrees. At night can get more chilly, being 50 to 60 degrees. Bring a light jacket just in case.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both Ceremony and reception will be indoors!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bride, groom and immediate family will be taking pictures. Guest are encouraged to go freshen up if needed and attend to cocktail hour!

Is there a theme?

Answer

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We’ll all get together the day after the wedding to say our good byes! Hopefully! No other wedding event will be taking place this weekend. Xoxo

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! But please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Also, mark “no” on your RSVP and send back. Thanks! Xoxo

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early so you can find a seat prior to the ceremony start time! 3:30pm is preferred! Thanks, xoxo

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to take pictures! Our two requests is that all pictures be taken at cocktail hour and the reception! We would like to have an unplugged ceremony. Also, please use our hashtag, #Mr&MrsLateulade so we are able to keep track of all your pictures! Xoxo

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP date will be on the invitation! BUT, you have to RSVP 45 days before the wedding to ensure we have a complete head count for the venue! That date is August 12, 2024!! We would prefer you send the RSVP as soon as you receive the invitation! Xoxo

Can I RSVP online or do I have to send in my RSVP card?

We do have the wedding website! But we would appreciate if everyone would send back their RSVP’s via mail! You will receive an envelope with a stamp ready to send back by Aug. 12, 2024! Xoxo

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Annikas Event center: 36709 Royalton Rd, Grafton, OH 44044 Yes! Wheelchair accessible!

How many people are on the guest list?

Answer

Although we would love to invite everyone, we have a strict guest list to keep within our budget (220 or less). The amount of seats we provide per guest will be on the invitation! If you have any questions, please reach out to Dorothy Hilton or Elizabeth Delvalle.

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Please do not forget to RSVP! Again, we have a strict guest list, so should you forget please call Elizabeth DelValle or Dorothy Hilton IMMEDIATELY so we can ensure you’re on the list and included in the head count! Deadline to call if you forget is Aug. 14, 2023! After that date, you will not be included in the final count and you WILL NOT HAVE A SEAT. Thank you, xoxo
