Wedding Party

Such a blessing to have each and everyone of these persons celebrating with us, through different stages of our lives...WE LOVE YOU!!

CHENELLE BARRETT

Maid of Honor

I've known Chenelle since I was eight years old. We went to the same Primary/Elementary School. We eventually made it to the same high school where we shared a passion for track and field, food, fashion, fun and life in general. We got into a lot of behind the scenes mischief and were each others biggest supporter though it all. There was never a dull day with us. Our journey in our adult lives took us on differing paths, but we never lost the love, support and admiration that we have for each other. We share a no judgement and loving friendship and I am proud to have her by my side as my Matron of Honor.

NICOLE CHANCE

Bridesmaid

The " Quiet storm". Nicole and I go way back to High school. We were a couple grades apart, but we became very close friends as being a part of the Track & Field Team. She is the voice of reason within our small circle of friends. No matter where in the world we are, there is a boundless amount of love that I will always have for this chica, and I’m glad that she will be by my side on my special day.

TANIA SUCKIE

Bridesmaid

Tania and I were a part of Insurance Industry in Jamaica. From the very time we interacted we had an immediate connection. She is one of the most understanding and supportive person that I have come across in my life. I figured that we are both Pieces (#werock), so it made our friendship even easier. We moved from Jamaica to the US and this has not changed how we support each other, through the highs and lows. I am glad to have her by my side on this special day!

JANICE WATSON

Bridesmaid

If there is a guardian angel in human form, it is this girl right here. Janice you don't know how much you rescued me. If I begin to list, there would not be enough space on this page. You were the first person I met after I returned to the US in 2008, to city I knew nothing about. You are my day one, and will always be that. We had an instant connection the day we first spoke. We share birthdays that are a day apart (#MarchGirlsRocks), so we have an unspoken love for each other that no matter where in the world we are our hearts are connected. Thanks for being by my side on my day.

Joself Daniels

Groomsman

Joself Daniels is my brother. I respect his choices and his opinion is desired. He represent the part of my family that made me feel loved. Joself mother and dad treated me as if we were one big tribe going to raise a village right. Joself and I stick together no matter what. He is loyal and I look forward to reminiscing on all the good times. Joself loves the Washington (Redskins ). He sent me another picture but I choose this one because I wanted you guys to see what a cry for help looks like. if you see this guy offer him a cold beer and talk him into liking another football team. Please!

Christopher Gabriel

Groomsman

Chris has always treated me more like a little brother than first cousin. He would let me ride with him in the "DIP" the nickname for his orange Dodge Diplomat listening to Public Enemy. I felt like a superhero in that car. Chris has been there for me many times through the years and he represents my other two cousin brothers, Bim and Coleman Davidson. He also represents the other Gabriel's who were my guides. Chris was one of many who showed me how to act, talk and other lessons that I attained. Talk Tarheels and offer him a Stella.

Charles White

Groomsman

Charles AKA BLAW. is one of the guys that I grew up watching and admiring. He was the definition of toughness when we played football in the back yard. He showed me how to run off guys chasing after a pretty sister. He showed me that loving my niece the way he did, that fatherhood is an action. He is going to teach me golf soon. We talk everyday about sports so if you want to get to know BLAW talk about the time when Joe Montana was considered the GOAT.

Jose Cartagena

Best Man

Jose Cartagena resprents the second part of my life. I meet Jose by working together. I think we became friends because we both are simple people. We had our times when we would go fishing our out and grab a beer. He got me back into watching boxing and really enjoying being alive. The thing that sticks with me about Jose is how you never have to wonder what he is thinking. Jose possess a strong sense of character which made it easy to become his friend. Jose and his wife Janis have always treated me as family, but more than that I enjoy seeing what a marriage can be when two friends marry. I look forward to everyone experiencing his zest for life. He only drinks cold beer and pulls for 8-8 teams.

Tornee Lanier

Groomsman

Tornee is my cousin but we were brothers growing up. He would get on me about how to wear my tie on Sunday at church and then on Tuesday about how I was fishing. We were inseparable. We would go hunting and fishing. He was the first to get a car. I couldn't wait for the summer so I could ride around with my cuz. Tornee was someone who I wanted to make proud. He helped me become a man by telling me what to do when I had no clue. His Dad uncle Tunnie and other Lanier men helped me become a man. My cuz Peatnut and Tornee helped install Lanier values in me that are the DNA of who I am, . Lanier's know how to sustain themselves and live off the land. They know to nothing about football because he is a Dallas fan.
