Yes, the ceremony and reception will all be in the same location. There is plenty of parking and indoor/outdoor accommodations. The entire ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there are plenty of optional outdoor areas including a fire pit and a playhouse for the kids.
We cannot stress this enough - NO TIES! The groom won't be wearing one, so we do not expect you to either. We will have plenty of activities in addition to dancing, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and ready to party! While we do not have a formal dress code, we will let you know that there will be a mix of indoor and outdoor social areas, so do bring something warm if you would like to cozy up by the fire!
Yes, children are invited if they were included on your invitation! There will be games and activities for all ages throughout the day, including a playground just steps from our reception hall. If you are unsure if your children were invited, please search your own name in the RSVP tab to see all invited members of your party. Please make sure children are supervised at all times, as the reception will have indoor and outdoor spaces.
Yes, we will have a cash bar that accepts cash and credit card payments.
Schedule wise, the day will still look and feel like many other weddings you may have been to. The ceremony will have many of the traditional elements, where we will share with you the promises we made to each other already. That being said, prepare to PARTY at the reception!
