Wedding: Monday, April 26, 2027 The promocode will provide discounted rates for April 21 - 28, 2027. There is a 3-night minimum for this resort, but we encourage you to stay longer if you’d like to turn this into a full family vacation.

Our wedding will take place at the wonderful all-inclusive resort, Excellence Punta Cana! We have secured discounted room rates for our guests. You must be staying at the resort to attend the wedding. Please only book with the instructions we have provided below.

How do I book my trip?

Answer

You can book your discounted room yourself by following the below instructions or by emailing our travel advisor, Shawn Stokes, at ShawnStokes@travelmation.net. She can help arrange all travel details for you! ***VERY IMPORTANT: The code is fully refundable, so if at any point before you check out you see non-refundable STOP and do not finalize that booking. You will not get the discount, it will not count towards the wedding, and there will be no way to fix it for you. Steps to book yourself: 1. Visit : Punta Cana Resort Deals | Excellence Punta Cana 2. Enter the dates, number of guests and this promocode: MAWAPR27XPC 3. Please note: there is a 3-night minimum (Travel Period Dates): 4/21/27 – 4/28/27 (FYI: Mary and Antonio will be at the resort 4/21-4/28)! 4. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” and make sure you get the message “promotional code applied” at the top of the next page. 5. Choose the room category you want and proceed to check out. 6. IMPORTANT: make sure you add the promocode again in the comments section at check out. 7. You will be asked for card information to reserve the room. Please note they will only charge a $1 hold and the balance will be due 30 prior to travel. Please call your bank before the 30 day mark to let them know a charge from “Excellence” will be coming through. Our travel agent will email you a reminder about this. 8. Once booked, please forward the confirmation email to shawnstokes@travelmation.net so Shawn can ensure your room is connected to the block. You could also review the room options and email Shawn the room you want, and she can book everything for you!

Who do I contact about travel?

Passports?

Answer

Don’t forget your passport! Many destinations require six months of validity beyond your travel dates. Passports can take up to three months to process, so please plan ahead. Visit travel.state.gov for details.

Is it All-Inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Your room fee includes food, drinks (including alcohol), and Shawn will also set up for your roundtrip transfers to and from the airport. Excursions and souvenirs are additional expenses, so plan accordingly! The resort does include fun activities, entertainment, as well on site!

Payment Plans?

Answer

A $1 deposit secures your room, and the final balance will be due 30 days prior to check in. Partial payments are not allowed, but you can pay your room in full early if you choose to. Just reach out to Shawn if you’d like to do that.

What airport do I fly into?

Punta Cana International (PUJ) Flights are additional, but Shawn can assist with that as well (if you’d like)

Can I Book My Trip Without Using the Group Rate/Cod

No. All bookings must use the code with the above instructions or reach out to Shawn Stokes directly to ensure you’re part of the group and have access to all wedding discounts and amenities.

Yes! Events are currently planned for Monday, April 26th The rest of your stay is yours to enjoy. For excursions, reach out to Shawn Stokes at Shawn Stokes@travelmation.net. *We can include in this section, any other events as you know them, or maybe just a simple meet up on the first day at the pool!

No- this is an adults only!
