When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP on or before July 1, 2025 to be included in our wedding celebration.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! (Hopefully!) Our ceremony will be held outside but our cocktail hour and reception will be held inside so please dress accordingly. The ceremony will be on a solid surface patio, not lawn, so no need to worry about wedges vs heels.

Answer
The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club is located at 12292 Clarence Center Rd, Akron, NY 14001.

Will transportation be provided for the wedding day?
Answer
No, while we will not be providing transportation for wedding guests, there is ample parking available at our wedding venue, The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a nearby hotel?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Mosey Hotel, 5195 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221. Please visit the "Travel" tab of our website for additional details.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
We encourage guests to wear cocktail attire. A suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome. Our ceremony will be outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Can I bring my children or a plus one to your wedding?
Answer
We will be having a child-friendly wedding, however, please note that only the children and plus-ones included on your invitation are invited to the festivities. Please RSVP accordingly.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
In addition to our grazing station and passed apps during cocktail hour, dinner will consist of Caesar salad, roasted chicken, hangar steak, glazed carrots, sweet potatoes and penne w/vodka sauce. We will also have a variety of desserts and late night snacks like ice cream sandwiches and s'mores.

Who should I alert if I have dietary restrictions such as allergies?

When you RSVP, please include any food sensitives or allergies. You may also email your dietary restrictions to our wedding planner directly at megan@mlhevents.com

Yes! We will be providing an open bar throughout our wedding celebration. Cheers!

What is the wedding itinerary?
Answer
Our wedding will be held on THURSDAY, September 18th, 2025 at The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club in Akron, New York. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. The cocktail and reception will follow immediately and festivities will wrap up at 10:00pm with a sparkler send off!

What time should I arrive to your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm but we will be offering a welcome glass of champagne upon your arrival so please plan some extra time to enjoy the bubbly and conversation before the ceremony gets started. Between 3:30 and 3:45 is recommended.

Are there other wedding-related activities happening before or after your wedding?
Answer
On Wednesday the 17th, we'll be hosting a welcome cocktail hour. Location is currently TBD but please check back for updates. Join us when you arrive in town and say hello before our wedding day!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception to post on social media?
Answer
Yes, you're welcome to take pictures of our wedding celebration to share however, we encourage you to be present with us on our big day, especially during our ceremony.

Answer
Yes! Please visit the "Registry" tab of our website for some gift suggestions. We are also encouraging our guests to contribute to our home improvements as we work to create the prefect space for our new family to enjoy for years to come.
