October 14th is so special to us because it's the day we met back in 2018. We were introduced to each other by our friends on that day, and the rest is HISTORY! Instant connections do not only happen on the Bachelor ;) We are so excited to carry this date forward for the rest of our lives!

Antonio surprised me with a random trip to Key West, Florida. I was extremely excited because it was a place I had been wanting to visit for a very long time. I did not suspect a thing because Antonio is a very spontaneous person (one of the things I love most about him) so it did not come as a surprise or made me suspicious of what was to come. We went to the Fort Zachary Park and he kept telling me he needed to talk to me about something, and proceeded by asking me, “Hey, so what are you hungry for?” (I come to find out that at this point the ring box was in his swim trunks pocket). We kept walking and talking and I became distracted and started recording iguanas that were all over the beach, this is something I had never seen. This distraction must have been the perfect timing for him because when I turned around he was on one knee and began telling me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. I was stunned, in disbelief, totally surprised, and elated. Of course I said YES!! Honestly, I don't remember much of what happened next, I was on cloud 9 and continue to be. Knowing that I will be starting a new chapter in my life with the love of my life makes me the happiest girl ever <3
