Our first date was facilitated by means of the internet! We met on Hinge and decided to meet each other for a coffee and breakfast date! Fabienne was nervous, as online dating was a new experiment in finding love! Antonio was suave and experienced in online dating. Despite being slightly irritated by a few location changes, Antonio was very glad he decided to meet Fabienne at the Alchemist coffee house in Miami Florida on that Sunday morning!

On our Christmas & New Years Mexican adventure, Antonio convinced Fabienne that seeing the sunrise on the last morning of 2021 would be important way end our year together and give thanks for all the amazing things 2021 had brought us! Fabienne rather obliviously did not pick up on any of the clues that a proposal was on the agenda. The evening before Antonio even convinced Fabienne that he wanted to get a manicure and pedicure, which theoretically was reasonable after 2 weeks of heavy travel. In the morning, Antonio amazingly convinced Fabienne to wear clothing other than her PJs to the 6 am beach sunrise. He even made sure that a photographer was there to capture the moment. Using Fabienne's Grandmother's engagement ring he proposed!!
