Whilst we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults-only (21+), with the exception of a few immediate family members of the bride and groom. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a monetary gift would be appreciated to start our next chapter as a married couple.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who were formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony and cocktail hours will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our wedding theme is wildflowers so feel free to wear any floral attire if you’d like. Just note, the ceremony will be held outside so plan accordingly.
Yes, free parking is available at the location of the venue.
The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Yes! A block of 15 rooms have been set aside at the Quality Inn & Suites Manitou Springs at Pikes Peak. These rooms can be reserved by calling +1 (719) 619-2406 before July 21st, 2026 and asking for rooms in the Romero/Aragon Wedding. If the 15 rooms are taken at the Quality Inn & Suites Manitou Springs at Pikes Peak and you are still interested in staying overnight, there are several hotels near the venue if you plan on staying or do not wish to drive home after a night of celebrating.
