What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The window to arrive is 3:00pm-4:00pm. This will give you time to find your seats, mingle, and settle in so we can start the celebration promptly. Doors will close at 4pm in order to not disrupt the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire and be ready to dance all night long. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or light ivory to allow our bride to shine on her special day.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. Except for our closest family members. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the cost per person, we weren't able to extend plus-ones to all of our guests. There is a set amount of seats, it will be specified on the invitation if you have received a plus-one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking on-site.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we booked hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn Express Lake Wales N- Winter Haven for discounted rates. The hotel is approximately 12 minutes from the wedding venue.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (unless it rains). Keep in mind, the month of January tends to be between 40-70 degrees, be sure to dress accordingly.

May I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an UNPLUGGED ceremony, we kindly ask for everyone to put their phones and cameras away in order for everyone to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Our photographers will capture these special moments and we can’t wait to share them with you.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1, 2025. This will give us time to finalize all the details for our big day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
