Our Story

Andrew & Rachel met on Hinge! Their first date is at the iconic Culver Hotel jazz club. Rachel leaves knowing she just met her husband, and Andrew disregards friends advice and texts her the next day.

Rachel convinces Andrew to skip work for a day date at Disneyland - if she wasn't in love yet she definitely is now!

Andrew & Rachel take their first little roadtrip up the coast of California through Big Sur. Rachel determines Andrew is bearable in a car for 8+ hours, so things are looking good...

The road trips continue! When they both agreed during a camping trip to Joshua Tree that "one night sleeping in a tent is good enough for us," the chemistry was undeniable.

Off to the Amalfi Coast for good wine, plentiful carbs, and a plethora of cheese. Rachel introduces Andrew to lactose dairy pills after stomach pain, making his love for cheese (and Rach) everlasting.

Italy is also where Rachel realizes Andrew is all-in for life, after refusing to let her carry her luggage up 800 steps in scorching heat for 15 minutes. Let's hope he keeps that up for years to come!

They move from Los Angeles to Denver together! Rachel's Dad houses the homeless for a few months while Andrew starts a company, Rachel starts a new job, and they buy a house! Things are getting real!

Santa Claus brings Rachel a diamond ring on Christmas morning in 2019! Without hesitation, she says YES! Time to plan a wedding! Or is it... Covid-19 had other plans.

In lieu of a wedding, the couple fills the hole in their hearts with their first born child, Culver. Covid begins to cool down (fingers crossed...) Now let's go get hitched already!
