Do you have a hotel block for guests?

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

Hotel check in is at 4pm. We have requested early check in for our guests, but it is not guaranteed. Please be ready for the wedding upon check because it is a quick turn around between check in and ceremony.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 4:30pm to get settled in. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please note any restriction or allergy on the bottom of the RSVP card.

What is the attire?

Answer

Black tie is suggested. Ladies should wear a long gown/dress. Gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or a suit/tie or bow tie. Ladies, please do not wear white, ivory, silver or beige.

Brunch with the newlyweds

Answer

We suggest you checkout of the hotel before brunch. This way, you do not have to leave in the middle of brunch to checkout. You can leave your bags with the concierge.
