what time should I arrive to the ceremony? / what will your wedding-day timeline look like? / when will the reception end? / will there be an after-party?
Answer
to find your seat prior to the ceremony, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which starts at 4:00 in the afternoon. ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm, followed by cocktail hour at 4:30 pm and dinner and dancing beginning at 5:45 pm. the reception is scheduled to end at 10:00 pm. Following the reception, guests are welcome to join us downstairs at the casino.

will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
ceremony will be outdoors at the casino's Ampitheater (weather permitting - or indoors in the Bridges ballroom on the second floor) cocktail hour and reception will be indoors at the event center, upstairs in the rivers casino

how do I get to the wedding venue? will transportation be provided?
Answer
if you are staying at the landing hotel, the wedding is through the casino and up the escalators. if you are staying at hotel indigo, there will be a shuttle.

what's the best way to rsvp? when is the rsvp deadline?
Answer
rsvps must be in by september 19, 2025 to ensure the venue has enough time to plan accordingly. If you do not rsvp by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will not be in the final count. thank you for understanding, and please re-visit our website closer to the event to rsvp

self-parking at rivers casino is free. valet parking is free for guests of the landing hotel and is available for a fee for others.

your invitation will list the name(s) of who is invited to our special day and our goal is to keep this day as intimate as possible. while we love your children, we ask you to leave them at home for tonight. our venue has space and age limitations, with it being at a casino, so we ask only those listed on the invitation attend the event.

hors d’oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour and there will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. please re-visit our website closer to the event for updated information on the plated dinner selections and communicate dietary restrictions and allergies
