Travel Note
We have provided several recommendations to make your travel plans easier. Please note that because this is a holiday weekend, hotels will be booked on a first come, first serve basis with no blocks allocated. Additionally, due to the remote nature of Western Colorado, there are not ride share services available such as Uber or Lyft. A privately owned vehicle will be necessary to navigate the local towns.

The Montrose airport is the closest airport to the venue and our recommended choice. This airport has daily direct flights to Denver, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago. Airlines who fly here include United, American, and Southwest.

The Grand Junction Regional Airport is another great option for arrival to the western slope of Colorado. The airport includes direct flights to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Orange County-Santa Ana, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Denver. Airlines who fly here include Allegiant, American, Breeze, and United.

The Eagle County Regional Airport is located just outside of Vail, CO. This airport offers daily flights to Denver and Dallas on United and American.

For those who may enjoy a scenic road trip through the mountains of Colorado, we recommend booking a flight into Denver International Airport. DEN is located approximayely 5 hours from the venue and offers daily flights to cities around the world on every major airline. The car rental facilities at DEN are also the most extensive of all of the airport options.

The Durango-La Plata County Airport is located just outside Durango, CO. This airport offers daily flights to Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, and Houston on United and American.
