Question

Do I need to do anything before I come (related to COVID)?

Answer

All attendees need to take a rapid COVID test on the morning of the wedding. If anyone tests positive, they should not attend. But you can still watch the livestream!

Question

I have a dietary requirement

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements as soon as possible so we can make arrangements with our reception venue.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP deadline has now past - but if you know you are coming do it now!

Question

I can't make it in person and I am now very sad.

Answer

Don't worry! We are sorry you can't make it, but you can still watch the live stream of the ceremony on the day itself and a recording will be available soon after.

Question

I thought I could come and RSVP'd, but now I cannot make it. What do I do?

Answer

We are sorry you cannot come anymore. Please let us know as soon as possible if you realise you can't make it.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like to keep things formal. Suggested outfits: Morning Suit, Lounge Suit, Day Dress, Dress Uniform. Optional: Hat or Fascinator. The dress code for the ceremony is the same as for the wedding breakfast. You can change to a black-tie or cocktail dress for the after party, but that is entirely up to you. Changing or not changing is perfectly acceptable!

Question

Can I bring cards and gifts to the wedding?

Answer

There will be a post box at the reception for cards and a place for gifts. Please also have a look at the Gift List page.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are limited numbers who can attend the reception. So unless both of you have been invited, the answer is 'no'. Go on a date to the cinema instead.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Only if they have been invited.

Question

How do I get to the venues? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Please see travel page: https://www.zola.com/wedding/antonetteandphilip/travel

Answer

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

Q-Park is a 2 min walk from the church. Please see travel page for more details.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes (2pm) before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can keep everything to schedule.

Question

What are we eating at the Wedding Breakfast?

Answer

Please make your menu selection here: https://forms.office.com/r/rt1e9U17Lf

Question

What is the wedding service?

Answer

As we are both Roman Catholic, the marriage service will be in the form of a full Nuptial Mass.

Question

Can I receive communion?

Answer

As Catholics believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, only Catholics who are in a state of grace and have fasted for one hour before the Mass may receive Holy Communion. However, non-Catholics are welcome to come up to receive a blessing.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will need to make their own arrangements to get from the church to the reception venue. They are a 10 minute taxi ride or a 35 minute walk apart.

Question

What is the livestream link?

Answer

The ceremony will be livestreamed here: https://www.churchservices.tv/pimlico/

Question

Why is the format of your date wedding month first?

Answer

Because the webhosting company is American, it won't let us put the date in the correct British date format (2 May 2022).
