Our guests are more than welcome to arrive Friday April 8th instead of Thursday April 7th, that date specifically is for the arrival of bride and groom to be present

Natural Disasters? Earthquake? Cancellations?

Fortunately April is 100% non tropical season. If there would be something that happens where the resort is not operational, the resort gives us options to reschedule or move to another resort. * As far as rain, we have a back up venue readily available * ~ Once hotel reservations is on a deposit should you have to cancel for personal reasons, there is a service fee of 50$ per adult. Once final payments have been received the cancellation fee is $100 per adult. Cancellations January 8th~ February 21, 2022 : 30% of total room charges. Cancellations February 22,2022 up until arrival date: No Refunds for entire dates of the room reservations. ~ Our Room booking specialist Teresa does have options available for travel insurance which covers cancellation fees primarily in the event of illness, accident or life changing event. Covid Requirements ?

*Mexico does not have any requirement for your entrance, however a negative covid test is required when entering back into the states with that being said I also have been advised of major hassle with not having a vaccine card at the airport people experiencing a lot of delays and having to get tested again at the airport if no vaccine required available * so best to have vaccination card handy * Dreams Tulum Resort (where we are staying) is providing the required COVID test within the 24 hr time-frame prior to the departure flight as required by the US Government when returning from an International destination.Guest will be able to make the appointment once they check-in. Front Desk will provide instructions.The test will be at no cost to guest of the group staying at the resort.
