The big day is almost here. We're so grateful that you've all made the journey to celebrate with us. To make sure everyone arrives at Enea comfortably, we've organized shuttles from all hotel blocks to and from Enea. Please take a look at the departure times below and be at your designated location on time. Guests staying at Hotel Jakob and Hotel Sorell Speer will be picked up at a central meeting point by the train station across from Hotel Sorrell Speer. All other guests will be picked up directly at their hotel. Zurich (ZHR) is the closest airport to Rapperswil-Jona and offers direct flights to/from most major international airports.
Travel Note
Rapperswil is 40 mins from Zurich Airport by train or car. UBER / TAXI Taxi & Uber are available from Zurich Airport to Rapperswil. TRAIN At the airport, take the direct train from Zurich to downtown Rapperswil. From downtown Rapperswil, local taxis are available for hire to hotels. Search train times on Google Maps or https://www.sbb.ch/en - Airport Station: Zürich HB - Rapperswil Station: Rapperswil SG RENTAL CAR - U.S. citizens do not need an international drivers permit to rent a car in Switzerland. - ​​You need a toll sticker (vignette), affixed to the car’s windshield. Rental cars usually have a vignette - but be sure to check with your car rental agency. - Also note, headlights must be on at all times and turning right on red is illegal.

TAXI/UBER - Hotels can help arrange taxis. - We will also provide local taxi numbers. - Uber is available, however, not heavily reliable DRIVING - All hotels have parking onsite or nearby. Parking is also available around town as well as at all wedding events.
