When should I RSVP by?

We know with everything happening, it can be difficult to commit. However, we'd greatly appreciate if you could RSVP on the website by March 15th.

What's the best way to get around?
Answer
Shuttle buses will be arranged for the pre-wedding event and wedding (departing from The Marriott, The Alexander and The Holiday Inn). While Yerevan is a small city, we'd recommend downloading an app called GG (local equivalent to Uber), to avoid any communication issues with taxis or pricing. From the airport, make sure to only take taxis from the official rank which are all equipped with a meter.

Is it worth getting a SIM card?
Answer
We absolutely recommend getting a SIM card. You have a number of different options available at the airport (while you're waiting for your luggage). These are usually around USD 6, with a very generous data plan.

Do I need a visa to enter Armenia?

Here's a link to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the latest information. https://www.mfa.am/en/visa/ Please note that Armenia no longer offers 'visa on arrival' and the e-visa processing time can take up to 3 working days. Some nationalities (including Syrian passport holders) will also require a government-issued invitation letter which may take a few weeks to process, so please make sure to check the requirements at least two months in advance.
