What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm so we ask that all guests arrive by 5:25pm to take their seats for the ceremony. For guests staying at the hotel, the shuttle will arrive to the venue at approx. 5:10pm. Welcome beverages will be provided ahead of the ceremony!

What time are the shuttles?

Answer

For those with rooms reserved at the hotel, the shuttle will depart the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway at 4:45pm to arrive at the venue for approx. 5:10pm. At the end of the night, the shuttles will depart the venue shortly after 11pm to head back to the hotel.

What is the attire?

Formal attire, black-tie optional.

Is there an after party?

Answer

While there will not be a formal after party, there will be a cash bar at the hotel open until 1:30am where we plan to gather. Guests will be able to socialize in the lobby or in the outdoor area where smoking is permitted (for cigars lovers like Nicholas feel free to bring your favorite!). Outside food and beverage is not allowed while the bar is open.
