✈️ Traveling to Busan — Closest Airport: Gimhae International Airport (PUS) For guests traveling from Melbourne, the closest airport to our wedding venue in Busan is Gimhae International Airport (PUS). It’s conveniently located just outside the city, about 30–40 minutes from central Busan by car or light rail. There are currently no direct flights from Melbourne to Busan, but there are several convenient one-stop options. You can fly to Gimhae via major connecting hubs such as Seoul (Incheon or Gimpo), Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Taipei. Popular airlines servicing these routes include Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Philippines Airlines, China Eastern, and China Airlines. We recommend checking flight options early, as Busan is a popular destination — especially during Korea’s summer season!

Incheon Airport

✈️ Traveling to Busan-via Incheon International Airport For guests traveling from overseas, Incheon International Airport (ICN) in Seoul is the most convenient airport if you’re planning to arrive early or stay longer to explore other parts of Korea before or after the wedding. There are no direct flights from Melbourne to Busan, but several airlines — such as Korean Air, Qantas, Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and Singapore Airlines — offer one-stop flights from Melbourne to Incheon. Guests departing from Sydney can also take advantage of direct flights to Incheon with Korean Air, Asiana airline, Jetstar or Qantas. From Incheon, you can easily travel to Busan, where our wedding will be held: ✈️ By Air: Take a short domestic flight (around 1 hour) from Incheon (ICN) or Gimpo Airport (GMP) to Gimhae International Airport (PUS) in Busan. 🚄 By Train: Take the AREX airport train from Incheon to Seoul Station, then transfer to the KTX high-speed train to Busan Station (approximately 2.5–3 hours). 🚌 By Bus: Express buses to Busan are also available from Seoul, taking around 4–5 hours, with comfortable long-distance coaches. Whichever option you choose, transportation in Korea is reliable, efficient, and well-connected — making travel between Seoul and Busan smooth and easy.

Accomodation in Haeundae or Gwangalli

We recommend staying either in Haeundae or Gwangalli. These neighbourhoods are close to the beach, have a wide selection of restaurants and are landmarks of Busan. After you've booked your accomodation, please let us know the name and/or address. There will be a bus that will take you from your hotel to the wedding venue.
