Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from Windham Manor?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service providing transportation to and from the venue for all those staying in hotels downtown. The shuttle schedule will run as follows: Hotel Vienna pick up: 3:30pm Union & Post pick up: 4:00pm Winwood Inn & Condos pick up 1: 3:30pm Winwood Inn & Condos pick up 2: 4:00pm Shuttles will run back to the hotels from the venue every hour, starting at 10pm and ending at 12am.

Are Uber/Lyft available in the Windham area?

Answer

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding dress code is formal with COLORS ENCOURAGED! Women: Fancy cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, etc. We encourage block or wedge heels as our ceremony will take place outside on an uneven gravel surface. Men: Suits and ties. Does not need to be black! Tuxedos optional.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors weather permitting. If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony will be indoors at Windham Manor.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the lot at Windham Manor.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Your health and enjoyment are important to us. We have included an area within the RSVP form where you can notify us of an dietary restriction or allergies. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the recommended hotels in the travel/accommodations tab on our website. Keep in mind that Windham is a small town and hotel capacity is limited. If you have difficulties finding a hotel with availability, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We also encourage you to share you accommodation plans with us via the RSVP form so we can do our best to include everyone staying downtown in the shuttle arrangements.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 4:15pm for the ceremony.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. We encourage you to use this as a date night and have some fun!
