Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 1:45pm on 6/18. We recommend that you arrive even earlier so that you have the opportunity to walk around a bit, enjoy the park, and see the beautiful gardens! Please keep in mind that the ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting that everyone dress in semi-formal garden attire for the ceremony and reception. Ladies are urged to reconsider heels since there will be a little bit of walking involved on grass and a bit of gravel. Jackets, blazers and vests are optional for gentlemen.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our "travel" section for a few local hotel recommendations. There are also plenty of local spots you can rent through AirBnb or Vrbo if you would prefer more private accommodations. If anyone would like assistance in finding lodging, feel free to reach out to Samantha or Anthony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available for the ceremony that will be specifically for our event. We will be sure to share a map of the parking lot with all attendees (currently visible at the top of this page), which will indicate the parking spots which are designated for our party. There will be on-street parking available for the reception.

Is there public transportation?

Answer

The Steamboat Springs Transit provides a free fixed route bus service. If you need taxi, there is a local shuttle service we would recommend called GoAlpine, their phone number is 970-879-2800. There are not Uber drivers in town that we are aware of, but Lyft might be available. If you have any specific questions or concerns about transportation to or from any event, please reach out to us so that we may assist.
