What are the Venue Details?

Answer

Circle B Wedding and Events Venue, located at 11437 East Keyes Road in Denair, CA. It is a rustic style outdoor wedding venue surrounded by the heartbeat of this valley: our treasured almond orchards. The ceremony and reception will be held outside. This is a beautiful outdoor venue with limited indoor seating and arrangements. Please come prepared for our lovely, and ever-changing California weather. The property is meticulously manicured lawns and with concrete sidewalks and dance floor. It is also equipped with a Game Room (pool table included!), fire pits and private parking. Come ready to have fun and make life long memories with those we love most! Entertainment for the kids will be provided.

What Is the arrival time?

Answer

Please free to arrive between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM to allow ample time for parking, enjoy a pre ceremony drink and mingle with the bride and grooms closest friends and family. Guests to be seated by 1:45 PM to ensure a prompt ceremony time.

Can I Bring A Plus One Or Extra Guests?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP. Due to the capacity with our reception venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Did You Notice It Is Easter Weekend?

Answer

Yes, we did. We are hoping that is not an issue for anyone but if you do have outside commitments that keep you from attending, we understand.

What Is The Dress Code

Answer

Please dress in Country Cocktail attire. Ladies: Springtime cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuits. Cowgirl boots or wide heels are suggested. Gentlemen: Blazer (optional) with button up shirt, slacks or well-fitted, clean jeans. Our wedding colors are an homage to a cherished tradition: Something Blue (think dusty, pale or navy blue)! Feel comfortable to wear those colors if you'd like, we just ask that you avoid ivory, creams and whites in honor of the bride. Again, these are SUGGESTIONS not requirements! Please come comfy, feeling beautiful and ready to celebrate!

We will be having a money dance during our reception. In case you're not a cash person, our Venmo will provided at the DJ booth. Due to the time of year, we cannot guarantee the weather. Rain, shine, mosquitos or allergies, we hope to keep the show on the road.
