You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.
A personal dinner menu will be provided to you during the reception.
Our wedding is a semi-formal event, we encourage you to wear your best cocktail attire to this event.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Guests will arrive and enjoy a welcome drink in the main lobby before being escorted around to the back of the venue to be seated outside for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will utilize both the terrace, and indoor cocktail hour room of the venue. The reception will take place in the main dining room, with access to a small terrace on the side.
As there are many hotels within 15 minutes or less of the venue, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Homewood Suites in Southington. Please see "Accommodations" tab for more information.
Yes, we will be providing transportation from the Homewood Suites in Southington to the venue. There will be two busses that will leave at 2:30pm from the hotel to the venue. At the end of the reception, one bus will make two runs back to the hotel. If you would like to join us in continuing the celebration after the reception, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the after party.
