When do the hotel rooms need to be booked for the blocked rooms?

They must be booked before May 25th 2021

If we are needing to cancel a booked hotel room in the block, when does it need to be canceled by?

Answer

The blocked rooms must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Question

Is there a shuttle to the hotels?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle that will bring people to the Homewoods and Hamptons Inn. We can verify if it will bring guests to other hotels in the area. The venue shuttle can bring guests back to the hotel after the reception. These are hotels located on 15: Hampton Inn, Homewood, American Inn, Holiday Inn, country Inn. The shuttle will not bring guests to the venue. Carpooling is an option, along with local taxis and/or Uber if guests believe they will need the shuttle afterwards. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight until 9am 6/26/2021

Can we leave vehicles at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! They would prefer if people will take the shuttle, taxis, or Uber if no sober driver is available. Vehicles just need to be gone by 9am 6/26/2021

May 25, 2021 We would like RSVP no later than a month before the wedding please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the venue has parking. Vehicles will need to be gone by 9am 6/26/2021

I have a food allergy/requirement, can I make a special request?

Please add this to the RSVP or let us know so that the venue is notified ahead of time.
