Because the ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend arriving around 4:30 pm to comfortably find your seat, sign the guest book, ect!

Yes, transportation will arrive at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth White Mountains Hotel at 4pm and departing at 4:10pm. *if you plan to arrive at the hotel Saturday, please arrive early as check in is also at 4pm*
We recommend calling the Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth White Mountains hotel and asking for early check in. Typical check-in is at 4pm, which is the same time as the transportation pickup to the ceremony. If you are unable to check-in before 4pm, please call the hotel and let them know you will be checking in after the reception.
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/ RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
While we love your little ones, this is an adults only ceremony and reception with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearers. Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!
