Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is cocktail attire. Think dressier than business attire but not quite black tie. For women this could be a knee or maxi length dress or jumpsuit. For men throw on a button down shirt with a jacket. Feel free to accessorize as you want. Please no jeans.
