We have a block with Arrowwood just mention one of our last names. These rooms are reserved at $209 a night. We will also have a shuttle that will bring you to the wedding from this location as well as bring back until 11:30PM. **These rooms are released back to the public 7/16/26**

Shuttle to Ceremony - Arrowwood

August 21, 2026 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm

The shuttle will load from Arrowwood at 2:50PM and leave at 3:00PM. This is the only shuttle before the ceremony. However Carlos Creek is ok with overnight parking if shuttle is taken back to hotel.

Holiday Inn Alexandria - Alexandria Hotel & Conference Center - changing to Wyndham Garden

We have a block with Holiday Inn the rooms vary in rates from $164 - $194 a night. ^^There is a change of ownership going on and it’s changing to Wyndham Gardens.^^ There will also have a shuttle running from here prior to the start of the wedding and running after the wedding until 11:30PM. Just mention one of our last names to get access to the block. If booking online they set it up as a Thursday and Friday. When booking please adjust the nights accordingly. **These rooms are released to public use 7/21/26**

Shuttle will load at 2:05PM and leave at 2:20PM from the Holiday Inn. This is the only shuttle prior to the ceremony. Carlos Creek is ok with overnight parking if you should take the shuttle later.
