It all started with a simple (but important) question: boneless or bone-in wings? That debate sparked the beginning of something beautiful back in 2019. We met on Hinge — the app “meant to be deleted” — and pretty quickly realized we had more in common than just our love of wings. We’ve always bonded over our love for the outdoors, especially our trips to Joshua Tree. There’s nothing like painting under the stars, grilling a fat tri-tip, and soaking in the cool desert breeze. Whether it’s packing art supplies or planning a mini cookout, those moments have become some of our favorites. Somehow, we also found ourselves deep into Pokémon GO. Even though we’re on different teams, we still managed to play side by side — proof that love really does conquer all (even gym battles). One thing we’ve always loved is trying new hobbies and challenging ourselves. From volleyball rallies at the park to casual sessions at the driving range, we’re always up for something new. We've dabbled in crocheting, plant parenting, and whatever else sparks our curiosity — usually followed by a trip to our local nursery (The Green Thumb) and a mini shopping spree at the Home Depot. We love cooking together, constantly trying out fun new recipes and making everyday moments feel special. A lot of our favorite dishes are inspired by places we've visited or movies we've watched — whether it's recreating a pasta dish from a trip to the coast, grilling something we saw on Chopped, or attempting to make the perfect onigiri after our trip to Japan. Cooking has become one of our favorite ways to connect, unwind, and bring a little adventure into our kitchen (even if it gets messy). Along the way, we’ve celebrated some major milestones: Anthony graduating college, adopting the most adorable little pup (Valentina), and buying our first home — all in the midst of a wild and unpredictable world. This journey has been full of laughter, love, and little adventures — and we’re just getting started.
