On the "travel" page, we have provided information about hotel room blocks and how to book within the hotel block. The two hotels where we have blocked rooms are located next to each other. We will be providing transportation to and from our wedding. If you are staying in either of the hotel blocks you will receive information about transportation when you check in. Please note, there are a limited number of hotel rooms within each block.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, you will also be able to see their name when you RSVP.
While we would love to have your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only, with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. Thank you for understanding!
Our wedding ceremony will begin at 5 o'clock, please arrive no later than 4:45 PM so that you have enough time to be seated for the ceremony. Please be sure to take into account busy traffic in downtown Newport when you are planning your travel.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. There are grassy areas, ladies take this into account when choosing your footwear.
Our wedding dress code is formal, black tie optional. Dark suits or tuxedos for gentlemen; floor or cocktail-length dresses for ladies. If you'd like to coordinate with our color palette, we kindly invite guests to wear attire in shades of burgundy, dusty rose, or forest green. Please note this is entirely optional!
