Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We do understand with our wedding being destination, not everyone will be able to attend! We appreciate your response whether you are able to join us or not. To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by February 28, 2025. Anyone without a response will not receive any further information regarding the wedding as our guest list will be submitted at that time, and we hope you understand.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! Hors d'oeuvres will be served throughout cocktail hour, and we will have dinner during the reception. Outside of the wedding ceremony and reception times, if you are staying with us at the Hard Rock Hotel, it is an all-inclusive package and food and drinks are covered during your stay.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, your kids should be listed in the party when you RSVP. If it says "Family Member", please let us know so that we can update the party members with their full names. You are also welcome to not bring them if that is your preference.

What is the dress code?

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please drink on us! However, as much as we love a party, please keep your own limits in mind during the reception :)

Question

Can I stay outside of the Hard Rock Hotel?

Answer

If you decide to book a stay outside of Hard Rock, Hard Rock requires that we purchase a day pass in order to gain access to the hotel the day of and guests with wedding passes must leave the hotel by the time the Wedding Day events end. Please let us know so we can coordinate passes and purchase them for you.

How do I book a shuttle?

Answer

The included shuttle service is for guests who booked 4+ nights at the resort. You will need a couple of things to arrange your shuttle service. When you booked your room, you should have received a confirmation letter from Hard Rock. You will need to email this confirmation letter and your confirmed flight itinerary to transfermembers@hrhcpuntacana.com. After this is completed, Hard Rock will arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). They will also provide detailed instructions on how to board.
