Have we reserved any hotel room blocks? ¿Hemos reservado algún bloque de habitaciones de hotel?

Is there parking available near our wedding venue, or will there be shuttles/transportation services available? ¿Hay estacionamiento disponible cerca del lugar de nuestra boda o habrá servicios de transporte disponibles?

Answer

While there is parking at our venue, we will be providing shuttle service to and from the hotel block to our venue as the road to our venue is a rough drive and does not have street lights at night. We highly recommend staying at the hotel block if possible as this will be the pick up and drop off location for the shuttle service. Aunque hay estacionamiento en nuestro lugar, brindaremos servicio de traslado desde y hacia el bloque del hotel hasta el lugar de nuestra boda, porque el camino hacia nuestro lugar es difícil y no tiene luces en la calle por la noche. Answer

While we would love to have everyone there to celebrate with us, due to the size of our venue and shuttle service, we will not be able to accommodate any plus ones. Answer

We love your children, but due to space and safety concerns we will not be allowing any children below the age of 13 at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? ¿La boda será en el interior o al aire libre?

Answer

Both our ceremony and dinner/reception will be outdoors if the weather permits! In case of rain, our wedding venue does have a rain plan, as well as outdoor heaters if the weather is too cold. ¡Tanto nuestra ceremonia como nuestra cena/recepción serán al aire libre si el clima lo permite! En caso de lluvia, el lugar de nuestra boda tiene un plan de lluvia y calentadores exteriores si el clima es demasiado frío.

Answer

We ask that everyone comes dressed in their best in formal or cocktail attire. Les pedimos a todos que vengan vestidos con sus mejores galas, ya sea formal o de cóctel.

Answer
