Where should we stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved room blocks at the Holiday Inn & Suites so everyone can stay close to the weekend festivities. Please see the "Hotel Accommodations" header for more information and booking.

When should I arrive in Nashville?

Answer

Whatever is most convenient for you! Guests are welcome to arrive on Saturday, October 10th, but for anyone traveling in on Friday, October 9th, we’ll be hosting a casual welcome dinner that evening for those already in town.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Not unless you want one! Between walkable downtown Nashville, Ubers, and wedding shuttles, getting around will be easy. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Broadway. Transportation will also be provided to and from the wedding venue.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport and a quick Uber/Lyft ride from the hotel.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Answer

15-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the wedding venue for guests who choose to drive.
