No physical gifts are permitted onboard the ship. They can be shipped to our home beforehand if you wish to purchase us a physical gift. Additionally, perishable, flammable, and sharp objects are not allowed onboard. Other items not allowed onboard include balloons, confetti, and bubbles.
Only sailing guests are permitted to explore the ship before the ceremony. All non-sailing guests will be limited to the venue only while aboard the ship.
The Shoreside Wedding Team will escort all guests on and off the ship. All non-sailing guests must disembark the ship when directed to do so by cruise staff. If non-sailing guests need to leave prior to the conclusion of the event, they must be escorted off by a staff member.
Priority boarding will be given to all wedding guests. Once Customs clear the ship, guests are welcome to board, and the festivities can begin! Limited food and drinks will be available once onboard for guests prior to the ceremony.
Royal Caribbean requires non-sailing guests to provide certain information so that a digital boarding pass can be created and these guests can come onboard the ship. Please have chosen form of identification with you on the day of the wedding!
Staterooms will be ready for all sailing guests after 1:00pm. In other words, after the wedding.
The booking code can only be applied when making your reservation over the phone. You can also make the reservation online and then contact us to be added to the group reservation.
