We started this life long friendship our freshmen year of college in 2011. Both 18 and both new to the school, we found our love for early morning breakfasts and late night studying to be common interests. To be honest, Anthony hated waking up early and studying past school hours, so Jackie became a huge factor in Anthony loving those things. Within the first few months, Jackie finally succumbed to Anthony's charm and agreed to go out on a date. The rest was history.

Jackie had little to no hope in Anthony planning anything, other then when he conveniently had to go the bathroom when it came time to do the dishes, so his proposal in Mexico was more then just magical. Unbeknownst to Jackie, he cleverly hid the most expensive thing he's ever owned in his man-purse in order to pop the big question. When It came time to ask, they were about a mile off the shore on a boat tour around the scenic coast. Down on one knee, and a 16 year old tourist holding Anthony's phone to capture the moment, he asked. To which Jackie first said "what?" while she was facing the other way to fix her hair because the wind was so loud and strong. But she caught on quickly, and made Anthony the happiest man alive.
