What are the venue rules

Answer

Thornewood is very strict on its rules; if any rules are broken, Thornewood will send us fines. So please be wary, Thanks! - No smoking is permitted anywhere inside Thornewood, minimum of a $3,000.00 fee - Thornewood is very strict with time, so we encourage all guests to leave by 8 pm. Any time over the limit results in a $1,000.00 fine - Guests must remain in designated areas and refrain from trespassing on the property of neighbors. - Street parking is not permitted within the Thornewood Housing addition. The workers will lead you to the correct spots

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1st. You can do so by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend, and your seat will be taken by another guest - We wish to see you all there!

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family.

What is the dress code?

Formal/Cocktail. The Color theme of the wedding is a "Wine Color Palette." So colors like burgundy, green, brown, dark grey, and navy blue. (Ladies please don't wear white dresses. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2 pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes before. This will give you time to park and find your seat.

Once you arrive at the venue, workers will lead you to your parking destinations. Due to limited parking, we encourage guests to carpool.
