Aloha friends and family! We have made the tough decision to cancel our wedding celebration in February. We hope to plan a party in the future, but all details are TBD at this time. (Third times the charm, right??) We are pleased to announce we were married over the summer at the Santa Barbara courthouse with our pup Tobey as our witness. Back in 2014, Harper moved to Tempe, AZ after graduating from college (Go Gamecocks), living in a house dubbed, "the bungalow" sleeping Harry Potter style in a room under the stairs. Anthony and Harper were quickly introduced at a bar in Downtown Phoenix at a First Friday Arts festival. Every 'first Friday' of the month, local AZ artists set up booths to display and sell their art. Anthony was living the player life in Tempe, AZ finishing school at ASU. Anthony played hard to get, but after meeting briefly, Harper broke the ice with, "You think you're too cool to talk to me? Everyone here is making a point to introduce us." (Thank you Nick, Alex and Pheobe) So they chatted and had a tequila shot together, and then another, and hit it off. They spent the next week together, and the next, and have been together ever since.
