Our dress code is cocktail attire. This means suits or blazers with slacks for men, and cocktail-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elevated separates for women. To match our celebration style, we warmly encourage guests to wear shades of green.
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Headquarters Wedding & Event Venue, located at 935 Monmouth St., Newport, KY 41071. Once you arrive, you can settle in and celebrate with us all evening!
There are two free, public parking lots located directly across the street from Headquarters. Each lot has approximately 75 available spots on weeknights and weekends.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:20 PM (a special tribute to our April 20th anniversary for the past 12 years). We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:50 PM and 4:10 PM to allow time to get settled. Feel free to stop by the bar area before the ceremony begins and grab a drink as we get ready to say “I do!”
Due to the size of our venue, we have chosen to host a child-free wedding. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration with us. Thank you so much for your understanding.
With limited space at our venue, we’ve carefully planned our guest list. Only those guests formally listed on your invitation will be able to attend, we’re unable to accommodate extra plus-ones. Thank you for respecting our wishes and helping us keep our celebration intimate.
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by August 3, 2026. We understand this is early for a wedding RSVP, due to the bride's busy work schedule details will be finalized early.
Have you met the bride? Appetizer style food will be provided during cocktail hour and the couple has chosen an Asian stir fry style dinner.
We understand the importance of being able to safely enjoy your meal. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies on your RSVP and we will ensure a safe meal is available for you.
