Georgia weather is unpredictable, but temperatures in October usually range from the mid 60s-70s during the day and mid 40s-50s at night. Be sure to be prepared for the temperatures as the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The venue does provide propane heaters and blankets if the weather is on the chillier side.
The rehearsal is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Currahee Vineyard, which is about 5 to 10 minutes from the wedding venue. Feel free to enjoy the vineyard before 6 if you arrive to Toccoa early! The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive before 5:30 pm to grab flower confetti, enjoy the views, and find a good seat :). Check out our Events tab for more information!
Check out the RSVP tab on this website, type in your name, and RSVP to both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. We kindly ask that you RSVP before August 17.
Please RSVP by August 17 so we can ensure our vendors have an accurate number. We can't wait to see you!
The rehearsal dinner will be at a local winery, Currahee Vineyard, which is about 5 to 10 minutes from the venue. The rehearsal dinner is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The winery has several tented areas, but is predominately outdoors. The dress for the rehearsal dinner is casual, so dress comfortably and for the weather! We suggest women wear flats, wedges, or block heels. Parking is available at the winery. Amazing food, beer, and wine from the vineyard will be served. Be sure to RSVP to the rehearsal dinner (in addition to the wedding!). Check out the Events tab for the address.
Yes! Anthony and Danielle love the outdoors and have chosen a venue where the outdoors shines. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, rain or shine. In the event of rain, tents will be set up by the venue. Please dress prepared for the weather.
Yes! There is parking available at the wedding venue and there will be a parking lot attendant on the big day to help direct traffic as needed. A golf cart is available for guests in need of additional transportation support.
We want everyone to feel comfortable on our day. The dress code is dressy casual. The venue is almost completely outdoors, including the ceremony and reception. Women should consider flats, wedges, platforms, or small block heels and avoid stilettos or heels. Guests should be prepared for the weather and bring a sweater, jacket, shawl, or coat if needed.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
Due to the wedding size restrictions of the venue, plus ones are limited to those included on wedding invitations.
For the rehearsal dinner, the food will be buffet style and beer and wine (from the winery!) will be provided. For the wedding, there will be a cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner. There will be an open bar limited to select beer and wine, as well as select signature liquor drinks. And cake...there will be plenty of cake(s) :)
