After matching on Hinge, Anthony and Danielle hit it off… but the timing wasn’t quite right. Anthony was in Myrtle Beach when they first connected, and then Danielle was there the following week. Messages faded, life got busy, and they lost touch for a bit. Then one day, out of the blue, Anthony messaged Danielle and asked her out. Their first date? Bowling. Anthony showed up early and waited patiently at the bowling alley bar. Danielle, however, was running a little late; she was caught up watching the Giants game (classic). But when she finally arrived, the night rolled along with easy conversation, lots of laughter, and just the right amount of competitive spirit. As they were leaving, Anthony asked Danielle if she wanted to go to Oktoberfest the following Saturday. She’d never been to one before, but said yes. That turned out to be her first Oktoberfest, and the first of many they’d go to together. From that point on, every weekend turned into another plan, another moment, another reason to keep seeing each other. Before long, family and friends were asking, “Wait… how long have you two been dating?” They weren’t quite sure how to answer, because somehow, it felt like no time had passed… and also like they’d known each other forever.
