As I said in my best man speech at his wedding: Trevor has been my person from the beginning. Now, as the bride, I could not ask for a better maid of honor. Trevor has always had my back. And as we got older it even seemed like his friends had my back, which told me it was evident his friends understood how much we meant to each other. There was a point in our lives when I remember a shift from āsibling-friendsā to ābest friendsā happening. He has not only shaped so much of my individuality just by being my younger brother and playing an integral role in my life, but he was once the only person who often saw me for ME when no one else seemed to be paying attention. We talk about absolutely everything and he was one of the first people I reached out to after my first date with Anthony to say, "man this really feels like something...ā As I marry my new "person", I can't imagine anyone else standing on my other side ā¤

Nick is Anthony's younger brother who has been there for him for as long as he can remember. Anthony and Nick shared a room with their little brother Ben for much longer than should have been allowed. Anthony and Nick survived traveling to another state, starting a new job (we had no idea what we were doing) sleeping on air mattresses in the house of one of our friends while his dog ate all of our socks LOL and now are thicker than thieves.

Growing up, I often thought about what it would be like when my brother got married. I didnāt just want to have a relationship with my brotherās wife. I wanted a sister. Which is exactly what Iāve found in Jess ā¤ļø She has amazing qualities that balance my personality and Iāve come to realize itās those same qualities that Iāve now found in Anthony as well. Jess has influenced me to step out of my comfort zone on so many occasions. She oftentimes seems fearless and when sheās not she does it scared anyway. If anyone is an example of getting something done when you put your mind to it, itās Jess. I love the strong-willed, independent, charismatic, and brilliant young woman that is my sister-in-law and couldnāt be prouder to not only have her in my life but standing up with me on our wedding day āŗļø

Anthony met Candice while working at a local shelter, Candice was a volunteer who Anthony connected with through their love of anime and animals. When Anthony started working at the shelter, he felt like the odd man out, working in a women dominated space. Candice welcomed Anthony into her space with her friends and the rest is history.

Danielle and Tori met while working at a daycare together somewhere around 2014. Since surviving that experience together our friendship has withstood multiple graduations and degrees, a marriage, a new house, a new kid, a 7-hour move and more! I couldn't be more thankful for a friend who will FaceTime me randomly to catch up and let me get a glimpse at what life with my hilarious little buddy is like š Tori is my super-spontaneous, down-for-anything, fellow-crazed-Steelers fan, kid-lovin, crazy-in-the-best-possible way friend. If there's any part of this wedding that is slightly over-the-top or you hear someone screaming at the top of their lungs it's definitely this girl!

The Twigg and Poole families have been friends since Lauren was a toddler (her dad Steve is our officiant!). Sheās the closest thing to a big sister Iāve ever had. Lauren was very often responsible for babysitting all of us younger kids in our parentsā friend group. That relationship has grown and morphed into a friendship that will easily stand the test of time. Lauren is my go-to person for advice and I know I can talk to her about anything (we talk a lot lol). She has taught me so many life lessons that I often find myself referring to, such as the concept that all relationships take equal work to maintain or that respecting yourself is just as important as respecting others.

I met Derek at the bus stop in 8th grade shortly after our family moved back to Delaware. He and another mutual friend were throwing grapes into each otherās mouths and I remember thinking āthese are the weirdos I wanna be friends withā. Fast forward 20 years later (š³) and literally nothing has changed. He is definitely still one of my favorite weirdos that I get to call a best friend āŗļø Derek moved from Delaware to Pennsylvania with me in 2022 and receives ALL credit for Anthony and I being able to spend a lot of time together in our early dating life. Not only did he constantly care for my dog as I first travelled back and forth to Ohio, but he then agreed to take on Anthony as a third roommate when we obviously decided we wanted to live together. As our roommate for the first year that we lived together, Derek has seen some inside perspectives to our relationship and was even the person who encouraged Anthony to go through with proposing on a day where I was maybe not in the ābest of moodsā (that changed quickly š).

The bride has worked with kids almost her whole life and there hasn't been a singular other kid as cool and smart as Parker! He is super kind, an amazing big brother to River, incredibly smart, creative, expressive, and all-around loving kid. The bride and groom love to brag about how awesome Parker is to friends and share in common interests with him such as reading books or talking about PokĆ©mon. Parker is the son of Danielle's cousins, Jared and Nicole. Shortly after the bride's move to Erie, 4-year-old Parker cleverly discovered that Danielle is a cousin and he's been telling her that he's "so happy to have her in his family" ever since. Hopefully he feels the same way about gaining a new cousin in Anthony as well š„° We're so excited to have this amazing kid celebrate with us as ring bearer!

Brittaney was my literal first friend. Our parents were neighbors prior to either of us being born. Sheās been around since before I can actually remember and honestly recalls a lot of our childhood better than I do š Brittaney and I have been through so many life changes together, itās hard to keep up. From kindergarten graduation to high school graduation, sheās been there. There was absolutely no question that she would be a bridesmaid in my wedding someday š She has been the same ride or die friend since the very beginning and I know sheāll keep up that same energy until the very end. Weāve always quoted that one line from Winnie the Pooh since sheās about a year older - āIf you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without youā.

Tori reached out soon after our engagement in order to say that she would need as much notice as possible about a date so she could plan for someone to watch Elias - the response? "What happens if I want your son in our wedding?" As Tori's son, Elias is obviously a very special little guy to the bride, and now to the groom as well! He is a super smart and spunky kid and we couldn't imagine celebrating without him. He also shares his mom's love for all things spontaneous, like a trip to Target or to see Dani or maybe to Disney š Danielle had a vision of fall leaves being thrown alongside flower petals for the ceremony so thus the role of "Foliage Fellow" (thanks Jared!) was born.

River is the most smart, spunky, sassy, and creative little girl either the bride or groom have ever encountered! She is always down to make up a song or silly dance or just say something utterly clever and hilarious. River is the daughter of Danielle's cousins, Jared and Nicole. When Danielle decided to move to Erie in 2022, one of the goals was to foster better relationships with cousins. A relationship with River has most definitely been one of the best payoffs when it comes to having moved so far away - Anthony being another payoff obviously š We wouldn't want anyone other than River help spread joy, flowers, and maybe just a little bit of spunk on our special day!
